  1. 12 figs , washed + stems removed
  2. 6 Teaspoons ricotta cheese
  3. 1 lemon , zested
  4. 2 Teaspoons walnut , chopped
  5. honey
  6. mint (optional)

    Cut an “x” into the top of each fig about ¾ of the way down, but not all the way through
