Clean and cut the chicken pieces in small size.
(1) Take a large size bowl and whisk together flour, onion powder, pepper, salt and sugar.
(2) Whisk the egg and milk until it becomes smooth in a small bowl..
(3) Place the bread crumbs on a plate add oregano and mix well.
Coat the chicken pieces with the 1st flour mixture.
Dip the flour coated chicken into the egg-milk mixture. Coated the piece with the bread crumbs.
Repeat the 6th step 2 times.
Drop them in oil and fry till golden.(Very low fire) Drain and serve..
