Super light chocolate dessert! Best served hot with ice cream :)
Preheat oven to 175 and prepare 6 ramekins by coating with butter and then dusting with powdered sugar.
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Stir constantly.
Remove chocolate from the heat and add the egg yolks. Stir well.
In a separate bowl with clean whisks, whisk the egg whites with the salt till foamy. Slowly add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Add the egg whites mixture to the chocolate mixture, 1/3 at a time and fold gently.
Add the chocolate batter in the prepared ramekins and bake for about 12-15 mins.
