Instant Homemade Ice cream

Exactly what the name says. Its a no churn, super simple yet super scrumptious icre cream. It is an extremely adaptable ice cream in terms of its flavor. So far I've tried cinnamon, vanilla, orange and peppermint. Something tells me, I will be trying many many more flavour combinations.

  1. of 1/4 Can Condensed Milk Sweetened
  2. 350 Millilitres Whipping cream cream or Double
  3. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  4. Sprinkles

    In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, cream annd vanilla until it forms stiff peaks.

    Chill in the freezer overnight. Really, it can be eaten instantly but its best when left in the freezer for an hour or two. Leaving it overnight produces the best results. Once set, decorate with sprinkles or chocolate chips or any other item of your choice.
