Horseradish Sauce

Horseradish Sauce

This sauce goes well with roast beef or lamb. Yogurt works well as a substitute for sour cream. If a strong mustard isn't available, use more mustard or add more cayenne.



  1. 1/4 Cup horseradish prepared
  2. 1/4 Cup sour cream
  3. 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
  5. 1/4 Teaspoon mustard English (preferably coleman's)
  6. 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper ground
  7. 1/4 Teaspoon salt
