Chimichurri Sauce

This amazing condiment should be in every person's cookbook, amazingly light and versatile.. it really packs a flavor punch!

  1. 1 Cup Parsley , Fresh
  2. 3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
  3. 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  4. 2 Tablespoons Oregano , Fresh
  5. 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  6. 4 Cloves Garlic , minced
  7. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  8. 1/4 Teaspoon Chile de Arbol
  9. one half lemon of a Juice of

  1. Add Photo

    Mince parsley and oregano and place into a mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

    Mix well and allow to sit at room temperature one hour before serving.
