Ingredients

  1. 2 Cups All purpose Flour
  2. 3/4 Tablespoon yeast
  3. 1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
  4. 1/2 Cup milk , lukewarm
  5. 1/4 Cup water , lukewarm
  6. 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  7. 2 Tablespoons Sesame seeds
  8. 1 1/2 Teaspoons salt
  9. 1 Teaspoon Garlic , chopped
  10. 2 Tablespoons butter
  11. 2 Tablespoons Cheese
  12. 1 Tablespoon cilantro fresh , chopped

Method

    Add Photo

    In large bowl, add the lukewarm milk & water. Slowly stir in dry yeast and sugar. Continue to stir until dissolved.keep aside for 5 mints.

    Add it to the flour along with oil and mix well. Knead the dough well until it is elastic and smooth.

    Keep aside covered with a cling wrap for an hour or until it rises double the size

    Punch down and again knead for 2 minutes and flatten it to fit it to your loaf pan. Let it rise for an other 10 minutes Preheat the oven to 180 deg.

    Once the dough is risen, brush it with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds(white) over the top. Bake the bread for 20 minutes.

    Combine garlic,butter,cheese,cilantro by mixing everything under with a fork.

    Cool down the bread. Using a knife, slice the bread.

    Before the time of serving, preheat the oven to 180 deg. Apply the butter generously in between the sliced bread.Bake for 5-8 minutes.
