A delicious dry rub for grilling pork chops.
Between 1-8 hours before grilling, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Coat the pork chops, place them in a large plastic bag, and refrigerate.
When ready to cook, lightly brush the chops with vegetable oil.
Grill 18-20 minutes. Pork chops are done when just a hint of pink remains in the middle.
