A very hot starter. I always used to have this from a Chinese restaurant and never thought I could make.My neighbour made a similar one and I slightly modified. Quite easy and tastes good.
Soak the dry chilli peppers in water for about half an hour.Grind it and keep aside,please don't make it a paste.
Mix all the marinating ingredients and refrigerate for half an hour.
Heat oil,deep fry the drumsticks and keep it aside.
Heat oil,add finely chopped ginger and garlic,once its cooked add onions, add grinded chili pepper, soya sauce and salt,to taste.saute for about 5 mts and pepper.
Add the fried chicken and coriander leaves.saute well for about 4 mts on a Medium flame.
