This is one recipe which I made very quickly just in 15 mins.
Mix chicken salt onion tomato and ginger garlic paste
Heat oil and add the mixture sauté well and add garam masala and red chilli powder. Sauté for about 3 mins.
Add washed drained rice along with ghee. Sauté well till the rice pops out. Add boiled water and cook simmer with lid on till the water disappears
