For this recipe, I use a handful of all the lentils I have in the house. It makes a tasty and highly nutritious breakfast.
Wash and soak all the ingredients in water for 3-4 hours.
Grind them all together in a mixer and let it stay overnight to turn sour. Add water to the batter as required to make a smooth dosa.
Heat pan and make dosa with the batter. You can make it roast better with drops of gingelly oil in the dosa. Serve with onion or coconut chutney.
