Stir Freid Prawns in Curry Leaves

Prawn has a sweet and delicate flavor which enhance our appetite.This is a very simple and delicious recipe having less ingredients.

  1. 250 Grams Prawns
  2. 6 Cloves Garlic
  3. 7 Red chilli (Dried)
  4. 1 Bunch Curry Leaves (Tender leaves)
  5. 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  6. 1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Method

    Add Photo

    Grind Curry leaves.red chilli and garlic.

    Add this to prawns and keep aside for 10 mins.Add salt to it and heat this in a pan with lid on a medium flame.

    Prawn itself throws water,once it starts boiling,add oil,saute for 5 mins and add soya sauce and vinegar.

    Saute on a low flame till everything is well combined.
