Ingredients

  1. 5 chicken legs
  2. 1 Cup curd
  3. 1 Teaspoon ginger paste
  4. 1 Teaspoon garlic paste
  5. 1 Pinch turmeric powder
  6. 1 Tablespoon bengal gram powder
  7. To Taste salt
  8. 1 Cup coriander leaves chopped
  9. 2 eggs
  10. 1/4 Litre oil for deep - fried
  11. 1 Teaspoon garam masala powder
  12. 1/2 Teaspoon chilly red powder

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Add curd, ginger& garlic paste, salt,turmeric powder,some coriander leaves, garam masala to fresh and cleaned chicken leg pieces and cook them well.

    Take a bowl add 2 eggs white&yellow, bengal gram powder,garam masala,salt,red chilly powder and mix them well.

    After heating the oil dip the chicken legs in to the egg mix and pour them in to the oil. After deep frying remove them to the serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
