This used to be a standard easy fix when we were kids. Best thing my mom could whip up in 10 mts. Though she used regular granulated sugar - I've used jaggery here instead
Heat the water and Jaggery pieces until the jaggery melts completely.
In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, cardomom powder and salt
Slowly pour the jaggery water and knead to a smooth ball.
Make 10 small balls of the dough and flatten them.
Spread the dough out and apply a small sliver of ghee. fold in half and apply the sliver of ghee again
Fold again to form a cone and roll it out
Heat on hot plate and once warmed, apply another sliver of ghee on both sides
