Super yummy crunchy cake with the flavour of almonds.



  1. 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  2. 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
  3. 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  4. 1 Cup Milk
  5. 3/4 Cup sugar
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 1 Teaspoon Almond Extarct
  8. 3/4 Cup Almonds , Crushed
  9. 100 Grams Butter

  1. Add Photo

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and place rack in center of oven. sift the flour with the baking powder and baking soda,Set aside.

    In the bowl, beat the butter until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat until the mixture is light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the Almond extract

    With the mixer on low speed, alternately add the flour mixture and the milk to the batter, in three additions, beginning and ending with the flour.

    Put the batter in the baking tray.sprinkle crushed almonds on top of the batter till the batter is completely covered.

    Bake for about 35 - 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center just comes out clean.The alomonds in the top will be crunchy and soft inside.
