Cucumber & Capsicum Cheese Sandwich Filling

A healthy blend of flavorful vegetables and Cheese protein



  1. 1 Yellow Capsicum
  2. 1 Cucumber , small - sized
  3. 1 Tomato , medium-sized
  4. 1 Tablespoon Basil , freshly cut
  5. 12 Black Olives Olive oil , soaked in
  6. 1 Jalapeno pickled ,
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  8. 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
  9. 2 Tablespoons Cheese , grated

    Add Photo

    Wash and Dice Capsicum, cucumber and tomato and arrange them in a small bowl, add all other ingredients and blend together.

    I used this to arrange between two bread slice and kept in a Combi Microwave oven for 5 minutes so as to get the cheese (Use Mozzarella cheese here) for melting and cook the veggies slightly.

    You can also serve this as a healthy salad without cooking. Try using Cheddar or Processed cheese if you do not wish to cook.
