Choco Oat Cookie
Did a bulk order on oats and was getting tired of eating oat meal every morning. I made this for my son, but his dad ended up eating most of it. :D
Ingredients

1/2 Cup Sugar (optional)

1/4 Cup Butter

1/4 Cup Milk

3 Tablespoons Cocoa powder

1 Cup oats Instant

1/4 Cup Honey

1 Tablespoon Whole wheat flour
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

Mix cocoa powder, butter, and milk in a pan. Bring it to a boil, stirring continuously.

Remove it from flame and add oats, flour and honey.

With the help of a spoon pour the mixture one spoonful on a waxed paper or greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes till cooked.

Take out of oven let cool for few minutes on tray before transferring it to wire-rack. Let them cool on wire-rack before serving. store in an air-tight container.

I also tried out making one big cookie. If you grease the dish well, you will be able to get it out easily. A lot more fun. :D Note: I skipped the sugar and used only the honey.
