Egg less Chocolate Marble Cake is an easy recipe, which can be baked in 5.00 Minutes. It's an egg less recipe, even veg lovers can taste this yummy cake!!
Sieve the flour with the baking powder.
Cream the sugar and 3 tablespoons of butter using a wooden spoon, till light and fluffy.
Add the flour mixture and milk gradually. Mix with palette knife until you achieve a dropping consistency. Mix Vanilla essence.
Put the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of butter into a small bowl and on microwave on High, for 30 seconds to melt it. Add cocoa powder and drinking chocolate and mix.
Now roughly mix into the prepared cake mix and pour into a square or round plastic mould and level it.
Microwave on High, for 2 minutes and then microwave on 80%, for 3 minutes or until done.
Take out and cool for 5 minutes. Invert the mould on a plate and place the cashew nuts on the cake. Serve it.
