Twice crusted parmesan chicken nuggets

An easy dish that's toddler and adult friendly.

  1. 1 Chicken Breast
  2. 1/2 Cup Parmesan
  3. 1/4 Cup Bucatini
  4. 1/2 Cup Bread crumbs
  5. 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic powder
  6. 1 Tablespoon Parsley Dried
  7. Salt
  8. 1/2 Cup Butter

    Mix the cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, dried parsley in a bowl.

  2. Add Photo

    Melt butter in the other bowl.

  3. Add Photo

    Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumbs.

  4. Add Photo

    Dip in butter again, and roll in crumbs.

  5. Add Photo

    Place in a single layer. Bake at 375F for 15-18 minutes until no longer pink, turning once. Serve with marinara sauce if desired.
