Single serving frittata
Chop onions and saute in butter until caramalised.
Add sausages, and throw in some basil leaves.
Once cooked through, add the onion sausage to the ramekin. Sprinkle cheese on top. As much as you like.
Whip eggs, add salt, and pour to fill the ramekin.
Bake at 190c for 20 mins.
Sprinkle some smoked paprika.
