This is a super easy side dish which goes well with Indian Breads.
Dry roast the coriander till its almost black. roast on low flame so it doesn't get burnt, keep aside.
Heat Oil,add sliced onions,fry the onions till brown. Add the ginger garlic and the garam masala. Now add the roasted coriander powder. saute for a minute.
Add the chicken and salt to taste. Sauté for 2 mins and add potato.Water is not added in this dish,chickens throw up water and it gets cooked in the same.
Lid on and cook in slow flame for around 20 mins. When chicken is cooked add pepper powder. Garnish with coriander leaves.
