A crunchy snack for evening tea:)



  1. 1 Cup Ragi Finger Millet flour /
  2. 1/2 Cup Bengal gram Flour
  3. 4 Tablespoons Rice Flour
  4. 3 Onion chopped
  5. 2 Green chilli chopped
  6. 1/4 Teaspoon chilli Powder
  7. 1 Teaspoon Bengal Gram Dhal
  8. To Taste Salt
  9. 1/2 Cup Water
  10. 2 Curryleaves Stalk
  11. 1 Cup oil

    Add Photo

    Mix all the ingredients (except oil) by adding enough water and make a thick batter.

    Heat the oil to deep fry. Take small quantity of batter and add into the oil and fry till batter turns brown.
