Perfect for the masala and bread lover!
Sieve together the flour and gluten and keep aside.
Mix together the salt and half the measured amount of water to prepare a salt solution and a jaggery+ yeast solution with the remaining amount of water.
Add the jaggery+yeast solution to the flour mixture and mix well. Then add the salt solution.
Next add the margarine and mix well to combine. Once combined, add the zesty yellow masala and leave it rest for 10 minutes
Deflate the dough and let it rest for around 3 minutes.
Fold the dough and proof it for 40 minutes and then bake at 180 degree Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
