For all you white chocolate lovers- its a little bit of heaven
Sieve the flour, vanilla powder, milk powder and gluten. Mix the water with sugar and yeast to prepare a solution and do the same with salt.
Add the yeast and sugar solution and the salt solution to the dry ingredients and mix under slow speed for approximately 3 minutes until well combined.
Add the melted chocolate and the roasted walnuts to the dough. Once its mixed, add the margarine and mix at high speed for about 3 minutes. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Deflate it gently and then add the white chocolate chips. Once combined, transfer the dough to a bread mould and keep it aside for proofing for 2 hours.
Bake the dough for 30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. Prick it with a toothpick after 30 minutes. If its clean, then keep it aside to cool before serving.
