  1. 6 Chicken (Drumsticks)
  2. 2 Egg
  3. 4 Teaspoons Red Chilli Powder
  4. 4 Teaspoons Curd
  5. 4 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  6. 2 Teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste
  7. 2 Teaspoons Coriander Powder
  8. 2 Teaspoons Cumin Powder
  9. 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  10. 1/4 Teaspoon Masala Chat
  11. 1 Pinch Food Colour (Red)
  12. To Taste Salt

    Using a knife, make some holes in chicken drumsticks; add lemon juice, red chilli powder, salt and mix it. keep the chicken mixture aside for 15 minutes.

    Now add other ingredients in a separate bowl and prepare a thick paste. Apply this paste on chicken drumsticks and keep it aside for 1/2 - 1 hour.

    Preheat the oven at 475 degree Celsius and cook the chicken for 25 - 30 minutes (in between, just turn the chicken drumsticks). Sprinkle chat masala (optional) before you serve.
