  8. 70 Grams butter Clarified , chilled
  9. 80 Grams Butter
  10. 25 Grams Curd
  11. 10 Millilitres Water
  12. 10 Cloves Garlic
  13. 5 Grams Chilly
  14. 2 Teaspoons Coriander

  1. Sieve together the flour, milk powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda and keep aside

  2. Cream the clarified butter and butter and then add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.

  3. Add the flour mixture and curd in parts and mix until a smooth dough is formed. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

  4. Sheet the dough and cut into squares or any desired shape. Fill the dough with the spices (like a sandwich) or just sprinkle them on top and bake at 150 degree Celsius for 15-18 minutes.
