A perfect blend of tangy and spicy :)
Sieve the flour, gluten and milk powder together and keep aside.
Prepare salt solution with salt and half the measured amount of water and sugar+yeast solution with the remaining amount and sugar+yeast.
Add the grounded black pepper to the flour followed by the sugar+yeast solution and knead well.
Next, add the salt solution, orange crush, orange zest and orange emulsion, kneading well to combine
Add the margarine and mix well until gluten is formed. Keep it aside for around 5 minutes
Gently deflate the dough and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased mould and bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 25 minutes
