  1. 150 Grams All purpose flour
  2. 1/4 Teaspoon Baking powder
  3. 120 Grams Margarine
  4. 80 Grams sugar Powdered
  5. 1/2 Egg
  6. 2 Drops Vanilla essence
  7. 20 Millilitres Litchi crush
  8. 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  9. 30 Grams Grape pulp , chopped

Method

  1. Add Photo

    Sieve together the flour, baking powder and salt and keep aside.

  2. Add Photo

    Cream the margarine and then add the powdered sugar until well combined.

  3. Add Photo

    Next, add the egg, vanilla essence and litchi crush and mix well.

  4. Add Photo

    Then add the flour mixture, folding in the wet and dry ingredients until a smooth dough is formed. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

    Once cooled, mould the dough into desired shapes, stuffing the grape pulp in between.

  6. Add Photo

    Bake the cookie dough at 150 degree Celsius for 15-18 minutes.
