The perfect way to combine the two fruits!
Sieve together the flour, baking powder and salt and keep aside.
Cream the margarine and then add the powdered sugar until well combined.
Next, add the egg, vanilla essence and litchi crush and mix well.
Then add the flour mixture, folding in the wet and dry ingredients until a smooth dough is formed. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Once cooled, mould the dough into desired shapes, stuffing the grape pulp in between.
Bake the cookie dough at 150 degree Celsius for 15-18 minutes.
