In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil, green chillies, onion and curry leaves. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
Heat the oil and deep fry the marinated chicken. In a wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and saute the onion, green chillies, curry leaves and deep fried Chicken for 5 minutes. Serve hot with Plain Rice or Biryani.
