Chilli Chicken

A yummy side dish for Plain Rice and Biryani:)



  1. 1 Kilogram Chicken Boneless
  2. 1 Tablespoon Maida
  3. 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. 1 Cup Curd
  5. 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
  6. 2 Tablespoons Chilli Powder
  7. 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  8. 1 Pinch Food Colour (Red)
  9. 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  10. To Taste Salt Pepper and
  11. 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
  12. 1 Cup Oil
  13. 2 Green chilli
  14. 1/2 Cup Onion (sliced)
  15. 2 Curry Leaves Stalk

    Add Photo

    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil, green chillies, onion and curry leaves. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour.

    Heat the oil and deep fry the marinated chicken. In a wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and saute the onion, green chillies, curry leaves and deep fried Chicken for 5 minutes. Serve hot with Plain Rice or Biryani.
