  1. 6 Pounds Apples
  2. 1 Cup Apple Juice / Cider
  3. 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  4. 1/2 Packed Brown Sugar Cup
  5. 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  6. 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

    Peel, core and cut apple into small, even pieces. The smaller they are, the quicker they cook.

    Combine all ingredients in a large pot and cook for about 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Use a potato masher for a chunky version or smooth the applesauce out in a blender.
