Very very tasty and spicy dish

  1. 4 Cups rice Coocked
  2. 1/2 Kilo Chicken
  3. 1 Cup onions slice
  4. 6 chilly sliced green
  5. 1 Tablespoon ginger garlic and paste
  6. 1 Teaspoon chilly green paste
  7. 1/4 Cup Cashewnuts
  8. 1/2 Tablespoon garam masala
  9. 2 Tablespoons veg oil
  10. 2 Tablespoons Ghee
  11. 1 Pinch termaric powder
  12. To Taste salt
  13. 1 Cup Coriander leaves chopped
  14. 1 Cup water

  1. Add Photo

    First boil the chicken with water, salt and turmeric powder till the chicken boil well.

  2. Add Photo

    Than fry the cashew nuts,onions, green chillies with veg oil and ghee and add boil chicken, ginger, garlic paste, green chilly paste, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and fry them well.

    Add cooked rice and mix them well and finally add some salt to taste and coriander leaves and serve it hotly.
