Strawberry Filled Cupcakes

Who doesn't like cupcakes?! Especially when they're filled with strawberries and jelly!!

  1. 200 Grams All purpose flour
  2. 1/2 Teaspoon Milk powder
  3. 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
  4. 135 Grams sugar Powdered
  5. 150 Grams Margarine
  6. 35 Grams Butter
  7. 1 Gram Salt
  8. 5 Millilitres Vanilla essence
  9. 3 Egg
  10. 50 Grams Strawberries , fresh
  11. 100 Grams Jellly mix

Method

    Add Photo

    Sieve the flour, milk powder, baking powder and keep aside.

    Cream the margarine, butter and powdered sugar along with egg until light and fluffy. Next, add the vanilla essence and salt.

    Slowly add the flour mixture and fold until a smooth dough is formed. Pour the dough into the cupcake moulds and bake at 180 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes.

    Once baked, leave the cupcakes to cool. Once cooled, cut the cupcakes at the centre and fill with jelly and fresh strawberries. Frost the cupcakes with butter cream frosting and serve!
