Ingredients

  1. 12 Baby Corn
  2. 4 Tablespoons Maida All Purpose Flour /
  3. 2 Tablespoons Corn Flour
  4. 1 Teaspoon Corn Flour (dissolve in 1/2 cup of water)
  5. 1 Onion
  6. 4 Teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste
  7. 2 Teaspoons Red Chilli Powder
  8. To Taste Salt
  9. 1 Cup Oil
  10. 1/2 Bunch Spring Onion (chopped)
  11. 1 Teaspoon Chilli Sauce
  12. 2 Teaspoons Soya Sauce
  13. 1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder (optional)

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Mix baby corn, salt, redchilli powder(1 tsp), ginger garlic paste(1 tsp) and all the flours with sufficient water. Coat corn with the batter. Deep fry until golden brown and keep aside.

    Heat a pan with oil and add ginger garlic paste (1 tsp) followed by onion and fry till onion turns transparent. Add the sauces, salt, red chilli powder(1 tsp) and fry for a minute in high flame. Add the fried baby corns with chopped spring onion and mix well.

    Now add the corn flour dissolved in water (sprinkle it) and stir well,till you get a juicy baby corns covered in this sauce evenly. Enjoy with rice and roti!!
