1/2 Cup Carrot Beans and (Potato & Peas - Optional)
1 Tomato Chopped (small in size)
3 Coriander Leaves (Chopped) Stalk
2 Tablespoons Ghee Oil /
To Taste Salt
1 1/4 Cups Water
& 1 Clove Cinnamon Cardamom , (each)
2 Green Chilli
1/4 Teaspoon Fennel Seed
10 Mint Leaves
1 Ginger Slice
Grind the items, which are listed in the ingredients. Heat a kadai with the oil, add onion, some coriander leaves and saute for a few minutes. Add tomato. After the tomato turns mushy, add the ground paste, veggies and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Now add water, salt and Rava. Cook till Rava absorbs all the water. Sprinkle the coriander leaves and serve hot with Onion Raita.
