Its a smoothy tasty Indian wheat milk halwa.
Sock wheat 24 hours, after 24 hours throw the water and add fresh water grind it well. Than filter the milk thickly.
Than add jaggery to thick layered cooking pan, add water and stir it continuously when it turn in to string consistency.
Than add the wheat milk and stir it continuously adding ghee. After this mixer turn in to thick. Than add elachi powder, fried cashew nuts and turn it in to a greased plate.
After cooling cut them in to pieces and serve them to your loved ones, they also loved you very much.
