Sieve the flour, salt and baking soda and keep aside.
Cream the margarine with powdered sugar and add the egg till light and fluffy.
Next, add the vanilla essence, flour mixture, ragi, oats, cinnamon powder and mix until a soft dough is formed.
Mould the dough into desired shapes and bake them at 170 degree Cesius for 12-15 minutes.
