Very very tasty, spicy thandhuri chicken, prepared first time by me. I am very very exited to share this recipe to all of you.
Take a bowl and add Curd, red chilly powder, ginger, garlic paste, green chilly paste, garam masala,turmeric powder, salt and mix them well.
Add the paste to the chiken all sides and leave it for 1 hour. And then boil the chiken both sides carefully,add some coriander and mint leaves, when the paste dry, remove from stove.
Than add two table spoons of oil to a frying pan, after heating the oil add the boiled chiken to it and fry it both sides carefully, middle of the fry add ghee both sides.
After frying well, turn in to the plate and garnish with coriander and mint leaves. Serve it with veg fried rice or white rice or like a snack.
