Ingredients

  1. 15 Shallot
  2. 2 Tomato
  3. 2 Red Chilli
  4. 2 Curry Leaves Coriander Leaves & Stalk
  5. 1 Clove Garlic
  6. 2 Tablespoons Urad Daal
  7. 1 Tablespoon Coconut Grated
  8. To Taste Salt
  9. 2 Tablespoons Oil
  10. 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a table spoon of oil, saute urad daal, red chili, shallots, tomato, garlic and allow it to cool.

  2. 2

    Grind shallot mixture, all the leaves, salt and grated coconut. Saute mustard, curry leaves, red chili in oil and add in ground chutney. Serve it with dosa, idly, vadai or sevai.
