Shallot Mint Chutney

A tasty side dish!



  1. 15 Shallot
  2. 2 Tomato
  3. 2 Red Chilli
  4. 2 Curry Leaves Coriander Leaves & Stalk
  5. 7 Mint Leaves
  6. 1 Clove Garlic
  7. 2 Tablespoons Urad Daal
  8. 1 Tablespoon Coconut Grated
  9. To Taste Salt
  10. 2 Tablespoons Oil
  11. 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard

    Heat a table spoon of oil, saute urad daal, red chili, shallots, tomato, garlic and allow it to cool.

    Grind shallot mixture, all the leaves, salt and grated coconut. Saute mustard, curry leaves, red chili in oil and add in ground chutney. Serve it with dosa, idly, vadai or sevai.
