Thalicha Avul.....Coconut Chutney (Sauteed Beaten Rice)

Easy breakfast!



  1. 2 Cups Rice Avul / Beaten
  2. 1 Onion (chopped)
  3. 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. 2 Greenchillies
  5. 1 Sprig Curry Leaves
  6. 2 Tablespoons Coconut Grated
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard
  8. To Taste Salt
  9. 3 Tablespoons Oil

  1. Add Photo

    Add water in Auvl, after few minutes drain and keep it aside.

  2. Add Photo

    Heat the oil in a kadai, crackle mustard, add onion, green chilies, curry leaves and saute for a minute. Mix ginger garlic paste with the sauteed onion.

  3. Add Photo

    After few minutes, add salt, Avul, grated coconut and mix it. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
