Capsicum egg chapathi

This recipe was very tasty break fast to elders and younger. I inspire this recipe from maa gold cooking program.

Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 3 Cups Wheat flour
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 1 Cup Green capsicum chopped
  4. 1/2 Cup Onion chopped
  5. 1/2 Cup Coriander leaves chopped
  6. To Taste salt
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper powder
  8. 3 Tablespoons oil

Method

    Add Photo

    Take wheat flour in to a bowl and add salt, one table spoon oil, water and make dough, kept side.

    Take another bowl add capsicum, onion, coriander leaves and pepper powder, mix them well and add eggs and beat them well and kept a side.

    Make the dough in to small balls and prepare chatathis and heat them on tawa with out oil and kept a side.

    Than take 1/2 tea spoon oil on tawa add 1 1/2 table spoon egg mixer, after little cooked one side add the chapathi on the omelette and press it lightly.

    Omelette pressed well to chapathi turn it another side and cook well and fold the chapathi and turn it in to a serving plate, make all the chappatis like that.
