Heat the oil and saute all the ingredients together (add one by one) except eggs. Turn off, when onion is translucent.
Crack the eggs and add in a bowl. Now mix the sauteed onion mixture and beat well. Heat a tawa, oil it and pour the beaten eggs. Make it circular in shape (which look more yummy with onions in a perfect shape). Sprinkle pepper powder (optional).
When one side of the omelette turns golden brown in colour, flip it and cook the other side. Serve hot and enjoy the spicy omelette.
