Healthy Side dish!



  1. 1 Cup Horse Gram (Boiled / Pressure cooked)
  2. 4 Shallots Chopped
  3. 1 Tomato Chopped
  4. 2 Greenchillies Chopped
  5. 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  6. 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard
  7. 1 Sprig Curry Leaves
  8. 3 Teaspoons Oil
  9. To Taste Salt

    Add Photo

    Heat the oil, crackle mustard; add curry leaves, cumin, shallots, greenchillies, tomato (one by one) and saute for 4 - 5 minutes.

    Add the sauteed mixture, into the pressure cooked horse gram and grind it with salt and water.

    Serve with dosa or rice. I pressure cooked horse gram for 3 whistles and simmer for 5 minutes.
