Healthy Side dish!
Heat the oil, crackle mustard; add curry leaves, cumin, shallots, greenchillies, tomato (one by one) and saute for 4 - 5 minutes.
Add the sauteed mixture, into the pressure cooked horse gram and grind it with salt and water.
Serve with dosa or rice. I pressure cooked horse gram for 3 whistles and simmer for 5 minutes.
