Pepper Egg Dosa

Easy and of my fav!!:)



  1. 1 Cup Dosa Batter (with Salt)
  2. 1 Egg
  3. 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
  4. 2 Teaspoons Oil

    Heat the dosa tawa, drizzle some oil. Pour 1 ladle of the batter and sway the ladle on batter to make a circular pattern. After a few seconds, crack the egg and pour on the batter. Spread the egg with a spoon.

    Sprinkle the pepper powder and drizzle some oil on it. After a few minutes, flip the dosa and cook until egg turn golden brown. Serve hot with your fav chutney.
