Methi leaves and Chana Dal Fry

A healthy dish to snack!!!



  1. 1 Bunch Methi Fresh Leaves , chopped
  2. 1/2 Cup Chana Dal , cooked
  3. 2 Tablespoons Coconutgrated
  4. 3 Tablespoons Shallots , chopped
  5. 4 red chilli Round
  6. 1/8 Teaspoon Fenugreek Powder
  7. 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  8. 1/8 Teaspoon Cummin Powder
  9. To Taste Salt

  1. Add Photo

    Cook chana dal separately and keep it aside. Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp of oil. Put the chili, shallots and when slightly brown, add coconut. Then add the spices. Saute well. Add the cooked chana dal and stir well. Add some salt.

    Now add the methi leaves and stir until it is soft. Sprinkle salt and mix well. When the mixture is dry, remove from heat. Serve hot and enjoy the healthy dish.
