Paneer Butter Masala

Today's side dish, My all time favourite!!:)



  1. 20 Paneer Cubes
  2. 1/2 Cup Tomato Paste
  3. 2 Teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  5. 2 Teaspoons Chilli Powder
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Butter
  7. To Taste Salt
  8. 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cream
  9. 1/2 Cup Onion Chopped
  10. 10 Cashew
  11. 2 Tablespoons Milk
  12. 1 Clove
  13. 1 Cinnamon
  14. 1 Cardamom

  1. Add Photo

    Soak Cashew in milk for 10 minutes. Heat a pan with oil and saute the chopped onion until it turns golden brown. Now grind these two with other ingredients, which is under "Grind."

  2. Add Photo

    Heat butter in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and satue for a few seconds; add ground paste, followed by tomato paste, all the powders, salt and 1.5 cup of water.

  3. Add Photo

    When gravy begins to boil, add paneer cubes (fresh or fried) and allow it to become thick. Serve by topping fresh cream or sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
