Onion Pakoda

Crunch with hot tea:)



  1. 1 Cup Besan Gram Flour /
  2. 1/4 Cup Rice Flour
  3. 2 Onion (Sliced)
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  5. 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Fennel Seed
  8. To Taste Salt
  9. 2 Tablespoons Coriander Curry Leaves and
  10. Oil (to deep fry)

  1. Add Photo

    Combine all the ingredients (except oil) in a large bowl. The moisture of onions will coat the flour mixture; if not sprinkle some water and make a dry mixture.

  2. Add Photo

    Heat the oil, sprinkle the onion mixture in the hot oil and deep fry in medium flame until it turns golden brown. Serve hot with tea.
