Ingredients

  1. 35 baby Potato
  2. 1/4 Teaspoon turmeric Powder
  3. 2 Tablespoons Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  4. 1/4 Teaspoon Asafoetida
  5. 1/4 Teaspoon cumin Powder
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seed
  7. 1 Sprig curry leaves
  8. 1 Teaspoon coriander Powder
  9. Oil
  10. Salt

Method

  1. Add Photo

    Pressure cook baby potatoes till soft.once it is cool,peel off the skin and keep aside..

  2. Add Photo

    Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. On low flame,Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder,coriander powder and stir well.Don’t let it burn

  3. Add Photo

    Add salt,cooked potatoes and 2tbsp of water.Mix well.

  4. Add Photo

    Add roasted cumin powder to it and roast well till golden brown. Serve with rice.
