Take the boiled eggs and sliced them in to small pieces and add onion paste,ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, chopped green chillies, coriander and mint leaves and basin. Mix them well.
After heat the oil fry the egg mixer in to small pieces(not deep fry). Remove them in to a plate.
Fry the chopped onions, sliced green chillies in to the balance oil and add the egg pieces, after little fry, add some salt to taste, coriander and mint leaves. Turn in to a plate, serve it with sambar, or rasam or like a snake also.
