Egg sliced fry is very tasty and verity spicy dish.

Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 4 eggs Boiled
  2. 1 Tablespoon Onion paste
  3. 1 Teaspoon Ginger paste
  4. 1 Teaspoon Garlic paste
  5. 1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala
  6. 2 Tablespoons Basin
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon chilly Red powder
  8. 1 Pinch Turmaric powder
  9. To Taste Salt
  10. 1 Teaspoon Green chillies chopped
  11. 5 green chillies Sliced
  12. 1 Cup Coriander mint leaves and
  13. 1 Cup Refined oil
  14. 2 Tablespoons Onion chopped .

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Take the boiled eggs and sliced them in to small pieces and add onion paste,ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, chopped green chillies, coriander and mint leaves and basin. Mix them well.

    After heat the oil fry the egg mixer in to small pieces(not deep fry). Remove them in to a plate.

    Fry the chopped onions, sliced green chillies in to the balance oil and add the egg pieces, after little fry, add some salt to taste, coriander and mint leaves. Turn in to a plate, serve it with sambar, or rasam or like a snake also.
