Boondi mixed in yoghurt, used as a side dish for lunch/dinner
Soak the boondi in a little water for about 5 minutes. By the time prepare the raita.
Add the yoghurt and add little water if necessary. Mix well.
Add the onions and green chilli. Add the spices and mix well.
Garnish with mint leaves/coriander leaves and serve chilled.
