Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Another delicious one pot meal that cooks in the slow cooker while you're at work.

Ingredients

  1. 4 Russet Potato , sliced
  2. 2 pounds Ham Steak , cubed
  3. 1 can Cream Mushroom Condensed of Soup
  4. 1 can Water
  5. 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  6. to taste Italian Seasoning

Method

    Layer potatoes and ham in slow cooker.

    Combine soup, 1 soup can of water, cheese, and seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Pour mixture over potatoes and ham.

    Cover and cook on HIGH 3 1/2 hours.

    Turn slow cooker down to LOW and cook for 1 hour. If adding any additional vegetables (e.g. green beans) add them now.
